Our Essential Oil Powders are unique. 100% Pure & Natural oils, encapsulated using our proprietary technology and over a decade of encapsulation know-how. Each powder particle is a micro-capsule (circa 5 µg) holding a micro droplet of essential flavour oil. The oil will only release within the oral cavity, giving a powerful flavour delivery directly to the sensory point. Our Essential Oil Powders are extremely robust and will not rupture. Therefore, ideal for food manufacturers utilising aggressive processes: extruding, mixing, blending etc…

The micro-capsule double walls protect the volatile oils from evaporation, reduces oxidation, extending shelf life to 2 years. The micro-capsules are Thermal stable to 230°C, so ideal for baking or other heat processing. The micro-capsules are also deep freeze / thaw stable, so great for ice cream / Sorbets.
